SHIPPING POLICY

Introduction

At Verylia, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.


Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time within Ireland and the European Union:

7–15 business days after dispatch

International orders:

10–20 business days depending on destination

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Important Delivery Notice

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party carriers and is outside of our direct control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier system.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.


Lost, Delayed, or Marked as Delivered Orders

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbours

  • Check around your property or mailbox

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence so we can investigate the issue.
